The movie, showing  excessive emotions, fails to entertain the audience. Specially when two controversies are shown about one particular thing at the same place and related to same person. The movie  seems somewhat similar to 'Baagbaan'. The story, screenplay and dialogue writer Abhiram Bhadkamkar has completely failed. The director of the film is not known. Along with failure in dialogue writing , this movie has many flaws and so many things remain unexplained.

Ajay-Atul being music directors have done four songs , “Rang Maayeche..”, and “Maajhya mani saajani” very well. The background music given in this film is very loud.

The best part of this movie is the acting of Suhas Joshi and Vijay Kadam which is what we can call a “visual treat to the audience”. Aishwarya Narkar has also played her role very well.
