MADE IN CHINA, a presentation of Elixir Logical Thinker Movies Pvt Ltd and produced by Santosh Khole and Kamal Kaithan will be releasing on March 13. The movie was in news for its known for its big star cast. MADE IN CHINA already won hearts of the critics at the Sign 2009 festival held in Kerala where it won the best film award. Hope the movie is able to win the hearts of the audience.

The movie has been directed by Santosh Khole who is known for charming the audience through the idiot box. He is well-known for entertaining the audience and leaving them to ponder by focusing on a serious social issue. He carries on his genre in this movie too. Khole has also worked as a reporter. Now with MADE IN CHINA, Khole will be venturing out into directing and producing movies for the big screen.

MADE IN CHINA is about the sizzling issue of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) which is being implemented all over the country. Because of implementation of SEZs in China, many villagers were able to get employment and develop. But when this SEZ gets implemented into a small village in India, the exact opposite reaction of development starts taking place. The village politicians, zamindars are ready to have a say into the money given by the government. The poor villagers are neglected in the process. Who come to rescue them at this time…?

The songs in ‘MADE IN CHINA’ refresh one’s memory about some memorable songs from V Shantaram’s blockbuster movie MANUS. The song featuring Shanta Hobalikar, ‘Kashala Udychi Baat’ has been included in the movie. The song in the movie has been sung by Sunithi Chauhan and has been featured on Deepshikaha, the actress making her mark in the industry through TV serial Ajnabee and movies like Koyla, Baadsha and Partner. The song has been shot at Click Nichkleson’s in Andheri (W). Deepshikah and Milind Gunaji have made the look a great one with their dance moves. The song has been choreographed by Umesh Jhadav.
