The world today is changing rapidly and so are the ways of living. With technological innovations, the manner in which things are done have drifted away from the traditional means. The values and ethics have gone for a toss in today's materialistic world.

People no longer fear to do immoralistic acts. The feeling of being guilty conscious no longer exists. However, while committing such activities, people fail to think of the consequences. Based on such situation is the movie 'Guilty'.

'Guilty', directed by Kumar Sohoni is about corruption, Aids and the trust between a husband-wife and the manner in which these affect the society. The story revolves around the Jedi family consisting of the father, the mother, the son Anish, daughter Anuya and the son-in-law Sujit.

The story, script and the dialogues are written by Prabhakar Laximan Mayekar. Lyrics are by Pravin Damane and Poonam, music is by Shrirang Aaras. The songs are sung by Sadhana Sargam, Ravindra Sathe and Shona, the screenplay is by Imtiaz Bargir. The art director is Narendra Bhagat while the editing is done by Vijay Kochirkar.

The cast of the movie includes Shivaji Satam, Pradeep Velankar, Ela Bhate, Sukanya Kulkarni, Madhura Velankar, Ashok Shinde, Aniket Vishwasrao, Shailesh Datar, Santosh Juvekar, Lokesh Gupte, Poonam Gulati, Abhijeet Chavan, Jyoti Joshi. Also seen in the movie are Alok Nath and Eshaan Qureshi of fame Laughter Challenge. The item song choreographed by Dominic Alvarez has been picturised on Sugandha Swarnakar
