Your thought on children’s day?
 I don’t believe in celebrating Children’s Day or any such day like a Father’s day or a Mothers’s Day because these are all western culture concepts which gained momentum in the west because the family system had broken down in the west and parents were unable to provide love and affection to their children . Whereas in India children are brought up very well.

You have played a child artiste in marathi/ Hindi films. Do you have any memories of singing a song or making a speech on the occasion of Children’s day ?
I can’t remember any instance of me giving a speech or singing a song in my childhood on Children’s Day. But my request to parents on Children’s Day is to try and retain the innocence of childhood in children .

What is the right way of celebrating Children’s day ?
I am not that a big person so as to tell the right way of celebrating the Children’s day but I like to give my nephews a treat on this day. My most memorable moment in childhood are all my schooling days especially Children’s Day.
