Graduate of Dramatics from Lalit Kala Kendra, Pune University.
As a student, I acted and also worked in various other departments like costume design, Music etc. for plays like 'Sakharam Binder', 'Nag-Mandaal', 'Hamlet', 'Mruchchkatikam', 'Nashibwan Baiche Don', 'Sita Swayamwar '.
At Lalit Kala Kendra, I was fortunate to have attended workshops and classes taken by Vijaya Mehta , Bhakti Barve, Dilip Prabhavalkar, Girish Karnad, satish Alekar, Vijay Kenkre, Waman Kendre, Mahesh Elkunchwar, Rajiv Naik,
Samar Nakhate to name a few.
